Tutors and schools from partner educators, course details stated
Education is bought on trust in a person, so ask each educator about their qualifications and experience before you book. Each listing states contact hours, class size, delivery mode and what a completion certificate is actually worth. Tutors, language schools, test prep and bootcamps are separated so a parent and a career changer are not searching the same page.
About DOL Study: online tutoring, courses and test prep
DOL Study lists education providers: online tutoring, language schools, coding bootcamps, test preparation, professional certification courses, and tutoring for children at primary level. Each listing names the educator and shows the price in GBP.
A good course listing answers practical questions. Is teaching live or recorded, one-to-one or in a group, and how large is the group? How many hours are included, over what period, and at what times in your time zone? What materials come with it? If a course prepares you for an external exam or certificate, check with the awarding body directly that the exam is the one you need and whether the exam fee is included or paid separately.
Ask educators about their qualifications and experience and expect a clear answer. For children's tutoring, ask what safeguarding checks the tutor has and whether sessions can be observed by a parent. Use the marketplace contact form for anything the listing does not cover. Digital course materials are delivered electronically; for books and audiobooks, see DOL Digital.
