Questions merchants ask first
What does DOL charge on top of the transaction fee?
Nothing for listing, and nothing for the themes. Payment processing is charged separately at its published rate and is the same on every DOL plan. The figures on this page are placeholders while pricing is finalised.
Who holds my money before settlement?
Funds settle through Emerchantly rather than passing through DOL, which is what lets a disputed order be paused while it is reviewed.
Who am I contracting with?
Currency Clear Limited, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as a Small Payment Institution (FRN 928861). Your KYC and KYB checks are carried out by PaymentsEdge.
Do I pay per marketplace or per shop?
Per shop. A shop on Growth can appear in more than one marketplace at no extra cost; Network covers all fourteen and multiple shops under one entity.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, from the merchant portal. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing month. Your listings, reviews and URLs are unaffected.
What happens if I fail re-verification?
Your shop is unlisted and billing stops. Settlement of completed orders still runs, and you can re-apply once the failing check is resolved.

Identity checks run through PaymentsEdge and take about three working days. Nothing is charged until your shop is live.
